The great news is that cleaning the leather wrap is easy. Just grab a damp cloth and wipe it gently. Unfortunately, wraps are not covered by the warranty.
Switching on and charging your device.
Charge your IQOS ILUMA fully by using the AC Power Adaptor and Charging Cable that comes with it. Then, to switch your device on, press the button on the side of the Pocket Charger for 4 seconds. To check the battery status of the Pocket charger, take out the holder and press the side button of the Pocket Charger.
Switching on and charging the ILUMA PRIME and ILUMA device.
POWER ON: Press and hold the Pocket Loader Button for 4 seconds, then release it; The Pocket Loader Status Lights and Holder Status Lights will slowly turn on.
RECHARGE THE HOLDER: Insert the Holder into the Pocket Loader to recharge and close the cover/Cover (if the customer has an IQOS ILUMA PRIMETM). The Status Light on the Holder will show the battery level.
RECHARGE THE POCKET CHARGER: Before first use, fully charge the device with the Power Supply and charging cable (about 135 min.).
Switching on and charging the ILUMA ONE device:
POWER ON: Press and hold the button for 4 seconds, then release: the status lights will slowly turn on.
RECHARGE: Before first use, fully charge IQOS ILUMA ONE with the power adapter and charging cable. (about 90 minutes)
There are couple of ways you can check how many uses you have left. Either on the holder itself or by checking the pocket charger with the holder inside. Here’s how:
Checking on the holder:Tilt the holder towards you or short press the button. The lights will come on and indicate the battery level. When 2 lights are on it means the holder is ready for 2 uses and 1 light on means it’s ready for 1 use only.
Checking on the pocket charger:Short press the side button on the pocket charger with the holder inside the charger. The pocket charger light will turn on. 2 lights mean the holder is ready for 2 uses and 1 light on means ready for 1 use. You’re all set to enjoy your tobacco experience.
For IQOS ILUMA ONE:Short press the side button on the device, the light will turn on. When the lights are on it means the device is ready. Twinkle yellow light means that the battery needs to be charged.
To reset your device, place the Holder in the Pocket Charger, press and hold the Pocket Charger button for 10 seconds (until the lights go out). When the button is released all the lights will flash and the device will vibrate to confirm RESET. That’s it, you’re done.
For IQOS ILUMA ONE To reset the device, Press and hold the device button for 10 seconds (until the lights go out). When the button is released all the lights will flash and the device will vibrate to confirm RESET.
It’s quick and easy to charge your device but remember, it’s safer to use the power adapter and charging cable designed for IQOS ILUMA. It takes around 135 minutes to fully charge the pocket charger and up to 10 minutes to fully charge the holder for the first time after unpacking. The holder recharge times are:
- 1’ 50” for 1 use*
- 3’25” for 1-2 uses*
- 5’ 15” 0-2 uses*
- and 10’ 05” for its first charge out of the box*

For ILUMA ONE:
BLINKING YELLOW SPIES: Recharge the battery.
BLINKING WHITE LIGHTS TWICE: IQOS ILUMA ONE is outside the operating temperature range (0°C~40°C).
BLINKING RED SPIES: Reset your IQOS ILUMA ONE.

Esistono due scenari per cui l’avvio automatico potrebbe non funzionare:
1 - Non si avvia da solo: Gli Holder IQOS ILUMA (ad esclusione del modello IQOS ILUMA ONE che presenta un caricatore integrato) dispongono dell’avvio automatico da impostazione di fabbrica, quindi verificare quanto segue:
- Verificare che si stia utilizzando TEREA SMARTCORE STICK™
- Assicurarsi che lo stick sia inserito nell’holder nella giusta direzione
- Posizionare l’Holder nel Caricatore Tascabile ed eseguire il reset premendo il pulsante per 10 secondi (fino a quando le luci non si spengono). Il RESET viene confermato quando si rilascia il pulsante e tutte le luci lampeggiano due volte
- Posizionare l’Holder nel Caricatore Tascabile ed eseguire un reset premendo il pulsante per 10 secondi (fino a quando le luci non si spengono). Il RESET viene confermato quando si rilascia il pulsante e tutte le luci lampeggiano due volte.
