To access IQOS CLUB, you must have an IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS ILUMA, or Lil line device associated with your profile. If you already have an IQOS device associated with your profile, LOG IN TO IQOS CLUB.
Find out more about status levels and their benefits:
- Silver status benefits are available to all IQOS CLUB members.
- Gold status benefits are for IQOS CLUB members with at least 2500 points.
- Platinum status benefits are for IQOS CLUB members with at least 7500 points.
Check if your device is linked to your account by following these simple steps:
- Login with your credentials on iqos.com.
- Check out “My Devices.”
- If the device does not appear there, contact our support.
If you purchased your device on IQOS.com, it will be registered automatically. In case you bought it from one of the IQOS stores, you will be able to create your user profile and enter your device as a new customer in the IQOS database by entering the 12-digit code found on the box (second line, after the parenthesis) or the 14-digit serial number found on the IQOS device or pocket charger in the field provided.

The status defines the status level within IQOS CLUB points you have earned. Therefore, you cannot update it manually.
