This confirmation informs you that the order has been sent to the courier for delivery.
To deliver IQOS products, we cooperate with Poste Italiane SpA.
The precise delivery date depends on the zip code to which the package will be sent. You can independently monitor the status of the delivery through the link that you will receive with the email confirming the shipment or login to your personal area and clicking on the order.
IQOS products can only be delivered to the recipient who made the age verification. For this reason it is unfortunately not possible to send the IQOS order to a collection point.
