1. What is the invitation code?
The invitation code is a unique personal code that is associated with your profile after the purchase of an IQOS device. The code can be shared by those who already use IQOS, with their adult smoking friends. The friend who receives it, can use it by enabling the discount on his first device. After the purchase, the friend who has already passed to IQOS and shared his invitation code will receive IQOS CLUB points whit which to obtain discount vouchers.
2. Can I use the invitation code directly in the «discount voucher» field during purchase?
On iqos.com, the invitation code must be entered during purchase in the dedicated “Invitation code” fields, available in the cart or in the checkout.
If the invitation code is incorrectly entered in the “Discount voucher" field, the code won’t be accepted and an error message will be returned.
Alternatively, it can be communicated at IQOS stores, tobacco shops or to our IQOS Experts.
3. I already have an old IQOS device, I would like to buy my first IQOS ILUMA device, can you use the invitation code to get the discount?
No, this is not possible. The invitation code is only valid for those without an IQOS device or Lil SOLID Ez. You can recommend IQOS to your adult smoking friends that want to purchase their first device.
4. I asked my friend for the invitation code, but he can’t find it. What should he do?
The code is visible inside IQOS CLUB in the section «Invite friends».
