What is heated tobacco?
Tobacco heating devices are electronic devices designed to heat tobacco sticks from the inside without burning them. IQOS ILUMA also heats aroma sticks without tobacco and with nicotine. Unlike traditional cigarettes that burn tobacco at high temperatures, tobacco heaters heat the tobacco, preventing it from burning.
These are the differences between tobacco heaters, electronic cigarettes, and traditional cigarettes:
IQOS heats tobacco from the inside without burning it and also heats aroma sticks without tobacco and with nicotine. The electronic cigarette heats liquids. Cigarettes burn tobacco, generating combustion and producing ash and smoke.
