Warranty and its advantages

Your IQOS is covered by a two-year warranty

The product warranty covers malfunctions due to defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods, i.e. when the device or one of its components is defective in terms of materials or workmanship.

What the warranty covers

  1. Malfunctions due to defects in conformity, relating to materials or manufacturing.

  2. In the event of malfunctions due to defects in conformity (in terms of materials or manufacturing) existing at the time of delivery of the goods, we will replace the defective component within the first two years from the delivery date* in accordance with the law (consumer code).

What the warranty doesn't cover

  1. Ordinary wear and tear and improper use of the product.

  2. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and breaks in the outer plastic support.

*In the absence of proof of purchase, we reserve the right to consider the product's manufacturing date as the warranty's effective date. In the event of multiple replacements, the delivery date from which the two-year warranty begins is that of the first device purchased.
