The SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ technology
The new SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ designed for IQOS ILUMA is the innovative induction system without blade that heats specially designed tobacco sticks from the inside, to offer the true taste of tobacco. However, unlike the IQOS models with blade, the IQOS ILUMA SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ heats the tobacco by induction thanks to a heating element inside the SMARTCORE STICKS™. IQOS ILUMA therefore does not have a blade inside the device and is more reliable when compared with previous IQOS models.
