The IQOS Club loyalty program is open to all individuals over 18 years of age who are IQOS users and Italian residents”.
Resellers of monopoly goods, IQOS kits and accessories are not allowed to take part in the initiative.
In order to participate in the IQOS Club loyalty program you have to register your own IQOS kit by entering the 12-digitcode you can find on the device box (second line, just after the parenthesis) or the 14-digit serial number you can find on your IQOS device or pocket charger in the appropriate field.
