How to use your new IQOS ILUMA i ONE
Here's how to use your IQOS ILUMA i ONE for the first time.
PREPARE YOUR DEVICE AND START THE EXPERIENCE
Turn on and charge your IQOS ILUMA i ONE before first use.
- Turn on the device: press and hold the button for 4 seconds, then release it; the device lights will slowly turn on.
- Slide to open.
- Insert the SMARTCORE STICK™ up to the line on the filter, until the device vibrates and the lights begin to blink.
- Preheating starts automatically (AutoStart) or by pressing the button for 1 second (about 20 seconds).
- Second vibration and steady light - you can now start using the device.
- During use, the lights will indicate the remaining usage time.
AFTER USE
Dispose of the used stick and close the device.
- Near the end of the session - the device vibrates once and the white light blinks to signal the last 30 seconds or final 2 puffs
- Remove the used SMARTCORE STICK™ and dispose of it according to the Safety Warnings and Instructions.
- Slide to close.

How to charge your IQOS ILUMA i ONE
Follow these easy steps to ensure the optimal charging for your device:
Before first use, fully charge the device using a wall outlet with a compatible power adapter (5V, 2A, USB-C output) and a USB-C charging cable.
A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes).
IQOS ILUMA i ONE does not require a full charge to operate, but it is recommended to fully charge it before the first use.
To check the device's battery level: briefly press the button. The lights will turn on to indicate the battery status:
- 4 LED = more than 75% charge
- 1 LED = less than 25% charge
- 1 orange LED blinking three times = battery empty. Charging is required.
How to reset IQOS ILUMA i ONE?
- To reset your IQOS ILUMA i ONE, press and hold the button for about 10 seconds, then release it.
- All lights will turn off, blink twice, and then turn on again to confirm the reset.
