If unsatisfied with the device, you can perform the return procedure independently from your profile in the "Order history" section by clicking "Make Return". Alternatively, you can also communicate you want to make a return by calling the toll-free number 800-226042 (active every day, from 07.00 to 22.00), by email, on Facebook, or via live chat, without providing any reasons. You will then receive an email with the return label to use and instructions for the entire procedure.
