How does the free trial work for 14 days?
All adult smokers interested in learning about IQOS devices
can try them for free for 14 days, receiving for the duration of the trial period the telephone support of an IQOS Expert. At the end of the 14 days, the adult smoker will have to return to the same IQOS store where they started the test,
to return the device and possibly buy them new device.
You can activate the free trial for 14 days at participating IQOS stores.
What is the difference between the free trial for 14 days and the free trial in store?
The 14-day free trial is only for those who do not use or already own an IQOS.
The service offers the possibility to collect and try for free for 14 days the device you prefer.
The free trial in store, however, is also dedicated to those who already use IQOS
and is carried out directly in one of the IQOS Embassies, Boutiques and Lounges. Discover all the details of the two services.
I already have an IQOS device, can I access to the free trial for 14 days?
No, the initiative is aimed at all adult smokers who do not have an IQOS device. However, if you already own an IQOS device, you can access to the free trial in store.
