Book your IQOS ILUMA
Choose the device you want to try
Choose the IQOS device that's right for you. Check for availability online and collect it in-store using the “Click & Lend" service: it's quick and easy.
*The product available to the initiative is only IQOS ILUMA.

You can select the city/postal code using the appropriate search screen, or use your position to choose the closest store where you can book the product you want to try for free

Receive within 3 working hours confirmation of your product availability in store
Enter your personal data and send the booking request.
Within 3 hours*, you will receive via email and text the confirmation of the availability of the chosen product and the code that must be used for the in-store collect.
*We remind you that if the request is made after 8.00 pm, you will receive confirmation within 3 hours after the shop opens the following day.
Collect the product in store within 2 days
Collect your product in-store and start your 14 days free trial within 2 working days* of booking confirmation. After the 14 days trial period, we will ask you to return the product to the store you chose when you made your reservation. You will be able to choose whether to buy a new one.
We remind you that the store price will be applied to the reserved product at the time of purchase.
*After 2 days from the confirmation of the reservation , in case of non-collection, the product will be released from the trial reservation.
