The IQOS ILUMA i ONE is the new device in the IQOS ILUMA i line that combines new advanced features with the reliability of the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM technology for an advanced user experience designed for you.
With its compact, advanced design, the IQOS ILUMA i ONE allows 20 consecutive uses on a single charge and now, thanks to AutoStart, it allows you to pre-heat the stick once inserted, without having to press any buttons, for easier and more intuitive use.
What is the difference between IQOS ILUMA i ONE and IQOS ILUMA ONE?
IQOS ILUMA ONE and IQOS ILUMA i ONE are smoke-free alternatives to cigarettes that use our bladeless SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM®. IQOS ILUMA i is the next generation of IQOS ILUMA heating devices.
Unlike the IQOS ILUMA ONE, the IQOS ILUMA i ONE introduces a number of new advanced features designed for a flexible user experience.
The new features of the IQOS ILUMA i ONE are:
- AutoStart/AutoStop functionality: a feature available on all devices in the IQOS ILUMA i line, it allows you to pre-heat the stick once inserted, without having to press any buttons, for a simpler and more intuitive user experience.
The IQOS ILUMA i ONE is available in 5 colours: Breeze Blue, Leaf Green, Digital Violet, Vivid Terracotta, Midnight Black.

IQOS ILUMA i ONE offers 20 uses per full charge, allowing for extended experience without interruptions. With an experience lasting up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs.

How long does IQOS ILUMA i ONE last?
IQOS ILUMA i ONE is designed to provide you with an experience lasting up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs depending on the usage pattern, including 20 seconds of preheating.
Which sticks are compatible with IQOS ILUMA i ONE?
IQOS ILUMA i devices are designed to be used only with SMARTCORE STICKS™. There is no heating element to heat your HEETS™ stick with IQOS ILUMA i. An IQOS ILUMA i device can only be activated by a SMARTCORE STICK™ so it will not start if anything other than a SMARTCORE STICK™ is inserted. With the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ technology, there is no blade in the Holder but instead a metal heating element is placed inside the SMARTCORE STICK™.
Is the custom engraving service available for IQOS ILUMA i ONE?
Yes, custom engraving service for IQOS devices is available online on iqos.com for IQOS ILUMA i , IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i ONE and IQOS ILUMA models (excluding limited editions).
Through this service you will then be able to personalize your device with the latest laser Engraving technologies through a special machine that will make the IQOS ILUMA device unique.
A maximum of 7 characters can be engraved, your choice of: letters, numbers, punctuation. Custom engraving on separately purchased accessories, however, will not be possible.
The service is free.
Orders containing a device customized by engraving may require longer shipping times aimed at the proper implementation of the engraving requested by the customer.
In addition, for orders of personalized devices with engraving, it’s not possible to choose express shipping or COD (cash on delivery) / COD payment method.
Once the custom engraving service has been used, the device cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless it has conformity defects.
