If you have not yet updated your IQOS firmware to the latest version, you may not get an optimal experience with LEVIA. The new firmware version allows the device to recognize whether the stick is a LEVIA or TEREA SMARTCORE STICK™ and calibrate the experience accordingly. The IQOS ILUMA device will continue to operate and heat LEVIA sticks even without the latest firmware version installed. However, you may not get an optimal experience with LEVIA.

Additional information: The new firmware is installed from the factory on all IQOS ILUMA devices manufactured after February 27, 2023.
This product is not risk free and provides nicotine, which is addictive. Only for use by adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products.
