Is your IQOS ILUMA ONE charging too slowly?

Use the IQOS power adaptor and cable to power up your IQOS ILUMA ONE. It will take 1 hour and half to get fully charged.

Why do I see the white lights progressively switching off during my experience?

Your IQOS ILUMA ONE may be out of range of temperature. Try maintaining the device between 0°C and 40°C to ensure the device works properly.

Your IQOS ILUMA ONE may be out of range of temperature (0°C⁓40°C). If too cold, try to warm it in your hands and try again.

Bottom light blinks yellow

Tap the button on your IQOS ILUMA ONE to check the battery level. If the bottom of the light strip blinks yellow, this means the battery is low on charge. Charge the IQOS ILUMA ONE with the manufacturer-approved power adaptor. For a full charge, plug the device for at least 75 minutes. When full, all lights will stay solid white and then turn off.

If the bottom light blinks red try to reset your IQOS ILUMA ONE.

How to reset your IQOS ILUMA ONE

Press and hold the device button for 10 seconds (until the lights go out). When the button is released all the lights will flash and the device will vibrate to confirm RESET.

Is the SMARTCORE STICK™ not fitting or does it have limited aerosol quality?

1. Make sure the SMARTCORE STICK™ wasn't accidentally used twice. Or check that it's not just an individual SMARTCORE STICK™ that isn't fitting properly. Isolated cases of SMARTCORE STICK™ sticks not fitting occur very infrequently and it's almost never caused by a fault in the device.

2. Ensure the SMARTCORE STICK™ was inserted correctly as per the user guide instruction.

3. SMARTCORE STICK™ should not be stored in an environment which is too humid or too dry. Doing so can have an effect on the aerosol quality.

IQOS ILUMA ONE is designed to be used only with SMARTCORE STICKS™.
