To participate in the initiative, you must:
- Purchase and register a BONDS by IQOS device under your name by November 28, 2026, providing your first name, last name, and phone number at the time of purchase. This way, you will be automatically associated with the friend who invited you. The information you provide must be the same as the person who referred you. For purchases at participating tobacconists or on IQOS.com, you must complete a phone call lasting at least 20 seconds with a BONDS by IQOS expert within 1 month of registering your new device (and in any case by December 28, 2026). The phone call, aimed at explaining the product, will take place following contact from a BONDS by IQOS expert or following an email sent to servizioclienti@iqos.it, specifying the time and day you prefer to be contacted.
- Do not exercise your right of withdrawal (return the device free of charge) within 30 days of purchase/receipt (for purchases made through IQOS.com or IQOS Customer Service). Do not sign up for the BONDS by IQOS free trial service, which allows you to trial the device for a limited time, with no obligation to purchase.

You can invite an unlimited number of friends who are smokers of legal age or users of nicotine-containing products who are interested in participating in the initiative, but you will only receive the reward for the first 5 successful invitations.
The prize consists of a fuel voucher worth €5.00 which cannot be converted into anything else, either for the person who successfully refers a friend or for the referred friend, provided that both comply with all the conditions set out in the regulations.
The prize will be sent once the invited person has completed all the required steps (see "What the initiative consists of") and will depend on where the purchase is made.
- For purchases made through IQOS Customer Service, the reward will be paid starting 30 days after delivery of the product.
- For purchases made through IQOS.com, the reward will be paid starting 30 days after delivery of the product and always following the telephone interaction described in these rules (add link to the rules).
- For purchases made at IQOS single-brand stores, the reward will be paid starting 30 days after purchase and registration of the device.
